Kestrel

After following this male Kestrel for a while I positioned my self close to where he perches to rest. He went off hunting and soon was back to sit and rest. I am happy with the result. I was on the edge of a very steep cliff lying flat on my front so that I was a very low profile. 

Kestrels - Cudden Point

I have recently been photographing a pair of kestrels at Cudden Point, situated on the South Coast of Cornwall. It is a rocky headland half way between Praa Sands and Penzance.

In the near future I want to Photograph the birds nesting and possible raising chicks.
