Kingfisher 3

Here is a shot of a kingfisher in flight. There is room for massive improvement, but it gives me something to aim for! It has been exported from light room at very low resolution so it looks worse than it is.

    They are elusive aren't they. I have seen a few while kayaking lately, but they never let me close enough for a decent shot. They are beautiful birds!

    A tricky shot to capture perfectly – that streak of vivid blue-green can whizz past in a matter of seconds – but I love this image. Nicely done.
